If anyone (young person or adult) within QueerCare has a safeguarding concern, they can speak to any of the Safeguarding Leads or Deputies (whoever they feel most comfortable talking to). They can do this by DMing them on Slack (Leads: slack names of leads; Deputies: slack names of deputies), Signal or via email (Leads: leads email; Deputies: deputy email). Alternatively, they can fill in this form (asking for your name, preferred way to contact you, and whether you have a preference of who contacts you); one of the leads or deputies will then contact them.

The Safeguarding leads and deputy leads will then follow the ‘[[How Safeguarding Leads and Deputy Leads Respond To Safeguarding Concerns]]’ protocol.
